Finished a part of TD7 in order to have an operating nav_graph and SafeArgs works properly with it but DeepLink doesn't work.

changed classes for fragment in TD7 by creating those classes via Fragment in New menu. Created actions to navigate and partial implementation of log in fragment.

Refactoring from td5 is done -excepted the transformation of RecyclerView.Adapter in ListAdapter- and works
