Deadlock on `next kara` sometimes

Sometimes, lektord is unable to pass to the next kara when it finished playing one. When it occurs, lektord is blocked on the last second of the previously playing kara. Moreover, it seems that this deadlock occurs more often on slow drives or when the system is overwhelmed by other programs.
