New search commands

Implement the following commands:

• lkt search plt | lkt plt list -> list all playlists
• lkt search plt <name> | lkt plt list <name> -> list content of the playlist

Those won't enter in conflict with the already existing lkt search plt <name> <query>.

Moreover, lkt plt delete must not segfault when the number of arguments is invalid.
