Priorities

The correct behaviour with priorities is not the correct one.

When adding a file with a higher priority, the queue_ view make it appears at the beginning of the queue, even if files where already red. This causes an inconsistency between the read file and the current field the the queue_state table. Moreover, this is not the expected behaviour of priorities.
