Installation

Use lktadm to deploy and install lektord. Populating the base is done from kurisu with the libcurl thread. Some files needs to be written manually.

• Generate default config file
• Install/write the empty database

Update (with re-open issue):

• build and install with meson
• automagic option that does everithing
• help with lkt and lktadm
