MODULE REPO: Avoid race condition on non already touched kara

When updating, the 'touch' is done by the main thread, a race condition
where a kara is deleted because it's not already touched may arise. The
'lkt_queue_has_event' function prevents that: Don't delete kara while
some are not touched by the main thread.
