- use autotools from debian. Do more checks in the the configure script
- fix ARFLAGS, "cru" is not ok, use "cr" instead
- add option --with-liblektor=<static|shared> to choose between shared
  or static lib for liblektor at configure time
- don't install doc for openssl with --with-depends option at configure
  time
