WIP: Assdraw

Include assdraw in aegisub, like in windows builds. Focus on the Linux/BSD build for the moment because it's where I can test

It seems that ASSDRAW can only be built in C++11 mode, but versions of AGG can only be built with C++ > 11. Closing for the moment. Compiling in C++14/17 ASSDRAW make the app segfault at launch time.
