Work done on the instance side of Amadeus

Changes:

• Attach mode for lektord
• The return of scrollbars
• Templatize everything and don't use custom template things in instance/main.js

Fixes:

• Some access on undefined variables
• Performance issues when listing lots of karas in queue and database search
