Insert, shuffle and insert do weird things

To reproduce :

• Insert some or multiple karas
• Shuffle the queue
• Insert another kara

After the shuffle, the inserted karas are shuffled back to the queue as any other karas.

But at the next insert, the originally inserted karas come back after the current playing kara, and the newly inserted kara is placed after the previously inserted karas.
