Obfuscate downloaded kara

Add an option for the repo module to obfuscate the downloaded kara or not.

In the config, something like that:

[repo]
obfuscate = 1 ; or 0

In obfuscation mode, everything is stored in the root kara_dir folder. If the mode is not obfuscate, recreate the tree folder structure like in kurisu.
